Floww are fully committed to the principles of Whistleblowing and have documented procedures in place which are available to all employees setting out how they can raise their concerns, including anonymously should they prefer this option. The Policy takes into account the Whistleblowing Arrangements Code of Practice issued by the British Standards Institute, Public Concern at Work and has been developed in conjunction with the requirements set out in SYSC 18 of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Handbook.
